India is going to start constructions World's largest statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as " The Statue of Unity"

The India is going to start construction of the world’s largest statue, the new statue of “Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel” first home minister of independent India, will be known as “The Statue of Unity” the largest statue in the world soon because it’s planned to height of 182 meters. Means it will be just double as tall as Statue of Liberty. The project estimated cost is approximate $ 300 million and will take 4 years to be completed. The funds will be made by public and private donations also India is also asking its citizens to chip in — the country is soliciting donations of scrap metal and tools to be used in the statue's construction.

“Shri Narendra Modi” Chief Minister of the western India state of Gujarat is the driving force behind the project. “we have asked farmers from every village in India to give old pieces of their agricultural tools, just 2 to 4 hundred grams would do.” He said”.
